25 Double Unders
20 Lunges
20 AbMat Sit-ups
3 RD's

WOD: "Nancy"
400m Run
15 Overhead Squats (95lb M/65lb W)
5 Rounds for time.
(Not everyone will be doing prescribed. Please scale as needed. Please don't forget to have proper depth on your over-head squats)
