Warm-up:
3 rounds of "Cindy" (not for time -- go slow!)
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

WOD:
500m row
9 burpees
12 pull-ups
15 box jumps
3 rounds for time

Since we only have 6 rowers please get started promptly.
