We will be conducting the skill tests on Saturday morning from 8:30am to 11:30am. We did a "dry-run" on Thursday and Friday and it definitely took a lot longer than we anticipated. Therefore, we will designate Monday and Tuesday as skill testing days.
As for the nutrition aspect of the challenge, we will be pushing the start date out to Friday, June 11.
