WARM UP
Practice - PVC Pipe Cleans
WOD
5 rounds for time of:
10 Air Squats
10 Lunges (5 each leg)
10 Jumping Lunges (5 each leg)
10 Jumping Squats
20 Push Ups
For added difficulty, do all squats and lunges with your hands behind your head.
