3 Rounds for time of:
10 Overhead Squats (#95/#65)
50 Double Unders
Partner up on this WOD, one person will count while the other person does the workout. Afterwards the person counting will do the WOD and person finished with the workout will count. Please make sure all repetions are counted for and every movement is FULL RANGE OF MOTION!!! You will not be doing them any favors by allowing them to complete with short movements.
