073009 WOD

Warm-up:
Run 700m
30 lunges (15 each leg)

WOD:
Complete 50/40/30/20/10 reps of :
Please take a minute or two to view the video clips of the squat, push-up & ab-mat sit-up courtesy of CrossFit One World. These movement seem easy enough, but many of us fail to go low (hips below the knees) on the squat and stand tall. Or bring your chest to the ground and lock your arms out for the push-up. These are the standards at King CrossFit. We at King CF don't care what time you post on this WOD -- do it right and you'll see the benefit!
